You can either copy and paste your long form content into the chat bar, OR you can attach files for ChatGPT to review, such as a blog or book chapter. Then you will let ChatGPT know what you would like it broken down into. Simple as that!

ChatGPT Prompt Ideas:

  1. "I have attached a blog post about '5 ways to style a living room.' Can you break it down into 3 Instagram carousel post ideas?"

  2. "I filmed a 10-minute video about self-care routines. Can you suggest how I can turn the main points into a series of Instagram stories? Here are the main points…"

  3. "I wrote a newsletter on the importance of personal branding. It’s attached. Can you create 3 Instagram post ideas to repurpose this content?"

Activity:

Select a piece of your long-form content and use ChatGPT to generate Instagram post ideas from it. Once it’s given you post ideas, ask for it to expand, or give you fresh ones if you are not impressed! Remember, you can also ask ChatGPT to rewrite in a different tone to get it closer to your personal style (this will still need editing)
