It depends on your package. You will have purchased a 1x month, 3x month, 6 month or annual package.
One call is designated per month of membership (eg. 3x months = 3x calls) -
Calls can be rescheduled in an emergency, but times may be limited. If you have an issue with an upcoming call please DM me on Instagram or email at roo@puregallus.shop.

If you miss your scheduled call - and there has not been an unforeseeable emergency - this will not be rescheduled.
Please make sure you add calls to your diaries and set reminders! -
All 1-1 Clients have a lifetime membership to the Gallus Gang from the minute they signup for their first call!
